by the same owners for the last 20 years & managed by
the same manager (Mr. Sirous Mehrgan) for the last 17 years.
The venue is
well known to local residents and has successfully remained open during the
off peak season, whilst many of its competitors have been unable to generate
the business required to justify remaining open.
